ABOUT US 12Timer is a company that is specialized in the handling, distribution and re-issue production of original historical design. We are based in Copenhagen, Denmark and in New York, USA The 12Timer team works from a solid knowledge base with many years of specialised experience in historical design. Area of expertise is design license management, distribution channels and offering second opinions which may at times prove invaluable for a license holder when starting up a design production or when offering a design license to a manufacturer. The four corners of 12Timer contain; Distribution Much in the same way a record company works, so does 12Timer specialise in the distribution of design products to the various target markets. We draw from an extensive network of modern design retail vendors to distribute your products to and we also package logistic solutions for ground distribution in the various markets that we work with. License management When the production rights to your designs need to be organised and handled professionally in order to increase potential future exposure and revenue. We handle and analyse single items of historical designs and make them available for re-issuing. We also handle entire artist/designer estates or collections of historical designs. We offer consultation on risk calculation as well as success probability. Promotion When your company needs to reach a specific target market or when your company needs a special brand introduction. Your design products may need to be exposed in a specific context and to be tried out before taking further investment risks. 12Timer will also consult on identifying market presence. Production Everything from working with original artefacts to rendering original drawings towards prototype production. Material specifications, establishing the production network and pricepointing of product. We also look at joint partnership solutions and the locating of third party venture capital for the prospective client. We currently handle design objects by world renowned Danish designer Verner Panton for the North American markets. Designs in several genres are continuously added to the collection and 12Timer is currently developing strategies for products by other well-known designers as well.
